Newkra Technology has launched a dedicated downloads portal on mykeeb.com, consolidating all product software and documentation in a single location. The portal brings together drivers, firmware updates and user manuals that were previously distributed individually through sales channels.
What the Portal Includes
The downloads portal is organised by product category — keyboards, mice, audio and stream deck accessories — with each product listing showing its available files at a glance.
- Keyboard drivers covering the full mechanical range, including recent additions such as the F108PRO, AK980 V2 and KC98 Pro platforms
- Firmware updates including reset utilities for magnetic-switch keyboards
- Product manuals for all current and recent platforms, available as PDF downloads
- Web-based configuration links for compatible platforms, connecting users to browser-based driver interfaces that require no installation
Why a Consolidated Portal
Driver and manual distribution was previously handled through individual product pages and sales-channel attachments. That approach works at small scale but creates friction as the product range grows: files live in multiple places, version tracking becomes inconsistent, and end users searching for a driver for a specific model face uncertainty about whether they have found the current version.
The portal solves this by making the downloads page the single authoritative source. Each file is hosted directly, listed with its file size, and organised under the product it belongs to. For brand partners and distributors, the page also serves as a reference to link in after-sales documentation rather than maintaining their own file copies.
Supporting the Hall Effect Line
The launch coincides with expansion of the magnetic-switch keyboard range. Hall Effect platforms ship with configuration software that supports per-key actuation adjustment and Rapid Trigger settings, and the portal carries the current driver versions for each supported model.
As with all sections of the portal, firmware files for magnetic platforms are listed with clear version and date information so that users can confirm they are applying the correct update.
Ongoing Updates
The portal will be updated continuously as new platforms complete development and enter production. Driver updates for existing platforms will also be posted as they are released, and the product-line structure makes it straightforward to locate the correct file for a specific model.
For OEM and ODM partners, driver and firmware development is included within project scope — the portal reflects support for retail-facing product lines, while custom projects receive their software packages through the project channel as standard.
